It’s an American blessing: we have not known war on our soil since 1865.  But this means Americans have no idea what it’s like to live in a war zone, where terrible things happen on purpose, and sometimes, worse things happen by mistake.  Photo-journalist Victor Blue covered one of America’s worst mistakes in Afghanistan: the Kunduz Hospital bombing.
